Privacy and data practices
This site is a set of static articles. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, has no accounts and no forms. The short version is that the desk knows nothing about you unless you send an email.
Everything below describes the site as it is built rather than as a template says it should be. If a practice listed here stops matching the code, the page is wrong and the desk would like to be told so through the contact page.
What this site collects
Nothing directly. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session cookie, no local storage use and no user account system. No page on this site asks you to submit anything, because there are no forms anywhere in the build.
Your web host and the network in front of it keep ordinary server logs, which typically record the requested URL, a timestamp, a response code, a user agent string and an IP address. Those logs exist to serve pages and to defend against abuse. They are not combined with anything else, not used to build a profile and not sold.
Third parties involved in loading a page
Three external sources are requested when a page loads, and each one necessarily sees your IP address and user agent because that is how an HTTP request works.

If you would rather not contact those two content delivery networks, a browser extension that blocks them will leave the site perfectly readable. The layout degrades to system fonts and the mobile menu falls back to a plain link list, and no content is lost.
Email sent to the desk
Mail sent to the published address is stored in an ordinary mailbox so that it can be read and answered. It is kept while a correction or a question is open and deleted afterwards. It is not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and it is not shared with anyone.
Please do not send anything sensitive. Email is not a secure channel, and this desk has no need for personal information, wallet keys, account details or private documents in order to answer a question about method.
Children and the audience
The site is written for adults working with market data and is not directed at children. Nothing here is age-verified because nothing here collects data that would make verification meaningful.
Your rights
Rights of access, correction and erasure normally apply to data that identifies you. Since the site holds no such data beyond a mailbox, the practical version is short: if you have emailed the desk and want that correspondence deleted, ask and it will be deleted. If you want to know what is held about you, the answer is whatever you sent and nothing else.
Links out
Articles link to protocol documentation, public explorers and reference sources, and to a commercial console in a small number of places where the surrounding paragraph is about that category of tooling. Those destinations have their own policies and this one does not extend to them. Following a link is a normal outbound request and this site is not told that you took it.
Security posture
Pages are served with a small set of response headers that ask the browser to avoid content-type sniffing, restrict framing, limit referrer information to the origin on cross-site requests and disable device permissions the site never uses. Directory listing is off. Nothing here is dynamic, so there is no login to compromise and no database to breach.
Changes to this page
If the build changes in a way that affects any statement above, this page is edited to match on the same day. There is no notification mechanism, so the honest advice is to reread it if the topic matters to you.
