Contact the desk
One address reaches the desk. A specific, checkable correction will always get a faster and better answer than a general complaint, because a specific correction can be acted on the same day.
Write to [email protected]. There is no form on this page, no newsletter and no tracking pixel, so an email is the whole mechanism. Include the page URL and, where relevant, the window and venue you are talking about, since almost every disagreement about volume turns out to be a disagreement about one of those two things.
What is most useful to send
A correction
An error of fact, a broken inference, a definition used inconsistently across two pages, or a protocol detail that has changed. State the page and the sentence. If the correction is checkable, it gets checked.
A method question
Anything about how a signature is measured, how a window is chosen, how routed legs are deduplicated, or why a confidence band was set where it was. Method questions frequently turn into edits.
A gap in the glossary
A term used on the site that is not defined, or defined in a way that does not match how it is used. The glossary is meant to fix each word to one meaning, so inconsistency is a defect.
A topic request
A pattern you keep seeing and cannot interpret, described generically. Requests shape what gets written next, though nothing is promised and nothing is scheduled publicly.
What the desk cannot do
It cannot look at a specific token, wallet or project and tell you whether its volume is real. That is the one request that arrives most often and it is the one thing this site is built not to do. A transaction record does not contain intent, ownership or identity, so any answer of that kind would be a guess presented as a finding, and publishing or emailing such a guess about a named party would be unfair regardless of how the pattern looked.
- No verdicts on named tokens, wallets, teams, launchpads or projects, in public or in private.
- No investigation services, paid reports, retainers or bespoke analysis.
- No guidance on making produced activity harder to detect, in any form or framing.
- No price opinions, targets, entries, exits or portfolio comments.
- No introductions, no vendor recommendations and no endorsements.
What the desk can do is explain how a check works, so that you can run it yourself against whatever you are looking at and reach your own conclusion. That is what every page here is for, and the method pages in the evidence section are the fastest route to doing it without help.
Press, syndication and reuse
Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine and needs no permission. Republishing a full article is not, because these pages are edited over time and a frozen copy loses the corrections. If you want to reference the method in your own work, cite the specific page and the date you read it, since the modified date on each article is real and moves when the page changes.
Response expectations
This is a small desk and mail is read in batches rather than continuously. Corrections are prioritised over everything else. Messages that ask for a verdict on a named asset will usually receive a short note pointing at this page rather than an analysis, which is not rudeness but the policy described in the case method.
